Privacy Policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
This policy explains how UrbanScapes collects, uses and protects personal information through urbanscapes.info. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, the service you're asking about, project details and any photo you upload.
- How you found us: the answer you give on the form, the page you arrived on and the website that sent you.
- Phone calls: when you call the number shown on our site, Google may show a forwarding number so we can tell the call came from our website.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, provide our services and understand which advertising brings customers to us. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers to run the website, who handle data on our behalf:
- Supabase, which stores quote requests and photos.
- Resend, which sends us an email when a quote request comes in.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
- Google Ads, which measures whether our ads lead to quote requests and calls.
Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
Cookies and advertising
Our site uses the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies to measure when someone who clicked one of our ads requests a quote or calls us. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings or block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to two years, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep records needed for billing and tax purposes as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by sending us a message through our contact form. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
